EXCITING NEWS!  As of December 31, 2025. the Village of Balsam Lake Fire Department has merged with the Milltown Community Fire Association and Centuria Fire Department to create the Unity Fire Association. They will be called under one tone from dispatch. Same great service under a new name to protect and serve the Villages of Balsam Lake, Centuria, and Milltown, and Towns of Eureka, Georgetown, Milltown, and part of Balsam Lake Township (West of 150th St and North of 140th Ave).
